Beautiful, bright and sparkling rosé color. Fresh strawberries and raspberries dominate the delicate nose. Slightly smoky undertone and a hint of brioche in the background. Very fine and persistent pearl that touches our palate and pleasantly stimulates. Nice and dry finish. This very balanced and seductive sparkling wine easily levels next to the better Rosés of Franciacorta or from the Champagne.

Climate

Mediterranean climate with dry, warm summers and mild winters with regular rainfall. The proximity of the Mediterranean and the mountains has a regularizing effect.
