Pale, yellow color. Fine nose of yellow fruit such as nectarine and pineapple accompanied by a hint of blossom. Very fine pearl and dry mouthfeel. The final is nice and refreshing, delicate and stimulates the hunger. Just like with the cars … Spicy class!

Perfect as an aperitif or as a match with various snacks and tapas.

Climate

Mediterranean climate with dry, warm summers and mild winters with regular rainfall. The proximity of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains have a regularizing effect.

Soil

Clay soil with lots of limestone.

Vinification

Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay. The grapes are picked at the end of August and the beginning of September and gently pressed. Fermentation under controlled temperature and natural yeasts. Method Charmat (During 3-4 months). The wine then rests for another 4 to 6 months in the bottle. Dosage Brut (6.00 g / L)
