Elegant and refined style that highlights the best sides of these three grapes. The final is impressive and allows us to enjoy this remarkably balanced wine for a while. Absolutely excellent!

Classic meat dishes such as roast beef, chateaubriand, beef bourguignon and crown of lamb.

Climate

Continental climate with Mediterranean influences. Warm and dry summers with occasional precipitation due to the proximity of the mountains and mild winters with limited but regular rainfall. Many hours of sunshine.

Soil

Vinyard on slightly slopes with south to southwest oriented vines. Soil of clay and limestone underneath.

Vinification

Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand picked. Strict selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Classic temperature controlled fermentation on the skins for 12-14 days. Aging for 6 months in large French oak barrels.
