Campo Marin – Rosé – Garnacha

Beautiful, light rosé color. Nose of strawberries and other red fruits. Lightly fruity but dry style. Refreshing and crisp on the palate. Airy and well-balanced. Easy-drinking wine with enough flavor to accompany various snacks. Pleasant, medium-length finish.

This smooty and tasty style is easy to drink on its own or with light, everyday dishes. Barbecues, parties, various snacks, and other (light) dishes.

climate

Continental climate with extreme temperatures: very hot summers (up to 38ºC) and cold winters (down to -8ºC) with an annual average of 15ºC. The vintners face challenges such as hail, storms, and summer heat, and drought can significantly affect the size of the harvest.

soil

The soil consists of reddish-brown limestone on a loose, rocky subsoil with a lot of lime, in some places slate, and an alluvial soil that retains water well.

vinification

The wine is fermented with selected yeast for 3 weeks at 15ºC. During the vinification process, the wine is protected with inert gas to prevent any oxidation of the aromas. Short maturation on stainless steel tubs after which bottling.
