Light, yellow color. Aromas of tropical fruit and yellow blossom. Airy and balanced on the palate. The Chardonnay gives the Macabeo a bit more depth and length without disturbing its frivolous character. Pleasant dry style that is easy to drink. The finish is also well-balanced and of medium length.

Ideal for parties or other occasions. Its airy yet flavorful character pairs well with a variety of snacks and dishes. It also easily charms as a smooth drinking wine on its own.

climate

Continental climate with extreme temperatures: very hot summers (up to 38ºC) and cold winters (down to -8ºC) with an annual average of 15ºC. The vintners face challenges such as hail, storms, and summer heat, and drought can significantly affect the size of the harvest.

soil

The soil consists of reddish-brown limestone on a loose, rocky subsoil with a lot of lime, in some places slate, and an alluvial soil that retains water well.

vinification

After careful pressing, a classic cold fermentation follows. After a few weeks, the blend is made, and the wine spends another six months in stainless steel tanks under gas protection.
