Grapes that are harvested in the Mosel region in Germany. Soft microclimate with more hours of sunshine and less rain than in the rest of the region. The grapes enjoy a relatively long ripening season.

vinification

The grape juice is fermented with special bacteria that do not produce alcohol but do increase the acidity. By adding a very small amount of wine, which gives it an alcohol percentage of 0.00014%, the vinous feeling is increased. In addition, green tea and a little bit of tannin are added to enhance the wine feeling.
