climate

It is a typical semi-continental and semi-Mediterranean climate where the different winds play an important role. Mistral (north-east), tramontane (north-west) and marin (south) offer a varied play of weather types and strongly determine the character of the wine.

vinification

Grenache and a small percentage of Viognier and/or Sauvignon. Classic fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled, low temperature with a short rest on its Lie to guarantee a fresh but creamy character. Characteristics: Sustainable cultivation and hand-picked.
