Bright ruby ​​red colour with red highlights. Intense nose of strawberry, raspberry and a hint of cocoa. Pleasant and lively in the mouth with a well-balanced finish.

Cool temperate climate with moderately warm summers (influence of the Andes mountains) and very rainy winters.

Subsoil
Clay-clay soil.

Vinification
Short maceration of 10 days. Fermentation begins with active dry yeast (Bayanus); temperature 25-28°C. Maturation ‘sur lie’ in stainless steel vats for 2-3 months.
